Before we start visits, we will need to meet with you and your pet(s).   This allows us to get all of your pets’ information (i.e., where their leash is stored, if they’re crated, how many treats they can have, etc.), answer any questions you may have for us (i.e., how does billing work, will I have the same caregiver, etc.), and pick up two copies of your house keys or apartment FOBS (unless you have a lockbox, a keypad, or a front desk concierge where we can check out your keys).  Consultations are offered at no cost, so when you are ready to begin services, please let us know a time that works for you to do the consultation.  They normally take between 20-30 minutes and are easiest to schedule during weekday business hours, but we can also make accommodations for evenings and weekends if needed.
