Training and Learning

“Dogs’ lives are too short.  Their only fault, really.” – Agnes Sligh Turnbull

Dogs are wonderful creatures, with amazing qualities that make them friendly, playful, loyal, and intelligent.  They speak a different language that is often misunderstood and while there are endless books, websites, and other resources available, it can be challenging to translate their language without professional advice.  There is so much potential in what your dog can become, which makes the journey of training truly wonderful, exciting, and rewarding.
I chose this profession because I want to help others unlock this potential!  Servicing others has always been a part of my nature, and with my ten years’ experience in hospitality, I have developed many skills to help get the teaching and learning started among dog owners and their furry companions.  I am excited to bring this passion to by offering two training and learning service options.
The first option, one that I highly recommend new puppy owners to take advantage of, is my comprehensive “Love That Pup” Package.  I will help you set up everything prior to your puppy’s arrival and will guide you through the first few months to ensure a smooth transition so that you can develop a strong bond with your new canine companion without any hassle or stress.  The goals of this training option are to prevent the development of bad habits, to promote good behavior, and to encourage natural compliance.
The second option is In-Home Training, created specifically for adolescent/adult dogs and will help to resolve new or already developed undesirable habits.
I invite all new and current dog owners to take on and succeed in the challenge that comes with having a canine family member, whether it’s a puppy or an adult dog.  I look forward to meeting you!
