Almost Heaven Golden Retriever Rescue
Yesterday Sue, Lara and I took the drive to Almost Heaven Golden Retriever Rescue to bring them all the donations we were able to collect over the holidays. Thanks to our awesome clients, staff and supporters we were able to bring a car full of blankets, beds, towels, leashes, meds, toys, food and treats. They are out in rural WV and have a blanket of snow covering their property. It’s beautiful but can make it difficult to get what they need to care for their dogs. They were so grateful for every single thing we brought. We took a tour of the grounds and visited with all the dogs there. There are great dogs out there looking for their forever homes so please consider looking on their website if you are ready to adopt. We are always collecting donations for them and plan on making another trip out there this year. We will be posting some of the dogs we met during our visit that are for adoption this week.
