I have been using Doggywalker in Alexandria for over 9 years and through 2 large dogs (including a rescue) and have had such a positive experience. The management/owners have always been super responsive and caring and the walkers are very good. Any time I have had any issues (which have been few and far between), I have received a prompt response and resolution. I don't need walks on a regular basis, only as needed for travel or extended activities. Yet, even as an intermittent user, I have received excellent customer service and my dogs have always been happy and treated well. Highly recommend!

We have been using doggywalker for the past 2 years and I love them. We will be moving soon and I am so sad. We consistently had the same dog walker for 1.5 years, but she was recently deployed. Robbyn returns your emails promptly and they have a very flexible cancellation policy. Our dog loves the dog walkers. They leave a quick note/or an email - whichever you prefer. We used rover and baroo in the past and the dog walkers were unreliable (cancelled on us a few times when it snowed) and inconsistent. Doggywalker you guys are the best and you will be missed!

Theo absolutely adores Heath, our doggy walker. One day I was home sick, lying in bed feeling sorry for myself, and Heath entered to walk Theo. Heath came through the door and greeted Theo loudly and lovingly with a "Theoooooo!" followed by lots of pets and love when Theo ran to him. When they returned, Heath continued to pamper Theo and give him treats and talk to him just like I do. Through all of this Heath didn't know I was home and sick.
I am so happy that my precious pup is taken care of when I'm at work, and taken care of by people who genuinely love the dogs they walk!

I used Doggywalker in Alexandria for about two years and would still be a client today if I hadn't relocated to a different state. It's hard to give a set of house keys, and access to your baby, to a stranger, but I never regretted choosing this company. The walkers are totally professional, but also super kind and caring to the dogs. This isn't that guy dragging six dogs around town. They are one on one with your pup.
They were beyond perfect. On many occasions I found myself stuck at the office and was able to get someone from DW to make a second visit to my house at night. Having options like that available is critical if you have to be at work for unexpected situations.

Doggywalker is great. They have done mid day dog walks for my dog, Clyde, for nearly two years. My dog is very sweet, but he is also reactive and high energy. But His dog walkers are great with him and he loves walking and playing with them. He has has had to same 2-3 dog walkers the entire time. Also their scheduling process is very easy, they have great package deals, and are able to adjust to my ever changing schedule on fairly short notice.

The staff at Doggy Walker are all amazing! Great rates, and always felt comfortable with the staff. They really go above and beyond to ensure they are taking care of your pets. I have to say all of our animals absolutely loved everyone! They took such great care of our dog: Maverick, and our two cats Henry and Aurora.
We would absolutely keep using your services if we still lived in the area!!! Our animals already miss everyone at doggy walker. I highly recommend using them if you ever need any dog walking, sitting or pet services.

Great company! Doggywalker offers monthly rates that will save you money in the long run. Their staff is great and I felt comfortable leaving the keys to my apartment to them. I found competitors to be less trustworthy, less experienced and inconsistent with their rates.

As two working dog parents, when we got our 2 month old puppy we knew we would not be okay with leaving him home alone all day. Doggywalker has been a lifesaver for us. Their monthly packages may seem expensive but are not too bad when you break it down to the daily cost. Becky comes and plays with our puppy twice a day and leaves very detailed notes. She clearly loves Pumba and he has a lot of fun during her visits. We plan on continuing to use this service for a long time!
