It is our policy to withhold our employees’ personal cell phone numbers or other personal contact information from clients.  All scheduling and caregiver communication must be coordinated by a management team member to ensure that nothing gets “lost in translation” and that communication between you and DoggyWalker.com remains direct, accurate, and professional. If you would like for the caregiver to call or text you before arriving to the visit, please let us know of those details with us beforehand.  DoggyWalker.com maintains a text-only number (‪(571-229-7332‬) for the caregivers to use, or you may be notified by text or phone call from our On-Call number (703-424-4168).
