All scheduling and caregiver communication must be coordinated by a management team member to ensure that nothing gets “lost in translation” and that communication between you and DoggyWalker.com remains direct, accurate, and professional. If you would like for the caregiver to call you before arriving to the visit, please send us an email with those details with us beforehand and we will be happy to help!
